The Professional Development Unit at IMC recognizes the administrative staff in the advancement of IMC education, research and service missions.
The PDU aims to promote activities and opportunities that help one grow in terms of performance, satisfaction, and status within the workplace. This can be achieved by undertaking training and mentoring opportunities aimed at staff.
