The Professional Development Unit (PDU) provides capacity building services for students, academic staff, administrative members and Management at Inaya Medical Colleges.

The Professional Development Unit at IMC recognizes the administrative staff in the advancement of IMC education, research and service missions.
The PDU aims to promote activities and opportunities that help one grow in terms of performance, satisfaction, and status within the workplace. This can be achieved by undertaking training and mentoring opportunities aimed at staff. IMC believes that personal and professional growth and fulfillment of one’s potential are integral to each other.
The PDU at IMC is dedicated to developing core competencies that are at the heart of education and can be applied to multiple career paths.
The PDU focusses on development of Communication, Career exploration and preparation, Personal Management, Professionalism, Leadership and Mentoring.
